Founded and creatively directed by Tony James, Throne of Grace proudly calls Phoenix, Arizona home, where we craft Unapologetic Streetwear for Faith-Driven Visionaries! The journey of Throne of Grace began when Tony James, our Founder and Designer, wrestled with finding his path in fashion after becoming a Fashion School drop-out. After years exploring various roles and finding his faith journey, he felt a conviction to merge his passion for design with his newfound commitment to God, making Him the focal point. With obedience and a renewed purpose, Tony embarked on creating faith-based fashion, keeping Jesus at the forefront.

As a new believer, Tony found solace in a saved scripture, Hebrews 4:16, which encourages approaching God's throne boldly. This verse became a daily reminder of God's love during moments of self-doubt and inadequacy. When naming the brand, Tony searched for resonance and found it one ordinary day when the name "Throne of Grace" stood out profoundly from his scripture drawer. That defining moment marked the birth of Throne of Grace Clothing.

Meet the Designer

Tony James, a passionate fashion designer, discovered his true success in the fashion industry after embracing his faith in Jesus. His designs are a reflection of his convictions and aim to convey God's message of love and grace. From this purpose-driven mission, Throne of Grace Clothing was established, offering fashion-forward, faith-based apparel while fostering a community through genuine engagement.

Tony's achievements include being named Phoenix Fashion Week's 'Designer of the Year' after showcasing his collections on the runway. He attributes his talents to the ultimate Designer, Jesus, humbly pointing to the heavens.

In addition to his fashion career, Tony is a devoted husband and father of two children, son Jeo and daughter Christabel. He is deeply passionate about advocating for Arizona's youth and is actively involved in supporting the young adult homeless population by providing resources and instilling hope in their lives.
